Course Synopsis
The unit will equip learners with essential knowledge and application skills to efficiently perform security operations within the legal framework and apply them to their workplace such as:
- Identifying roles and responsibilities of personnel working in security industry.
- Comply with security services contract.
- Apply understanding of security officer’s rights and responsibilities at work.
Course Objective
After successfully completing this unit, the learner will be equipped with apt knowledge on the areas of responsibility of a security officer within the Company. The learners will better understand the agency’s liabilities to clients when there is non-compliance. The learners will be better oriented on the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act and understand their role and responsibilities within the Security Agency.
