Course Synopsis:

Upon completing this course, learners are expected to be able to:

  1. Understand the characteristics of a role model
  2. Demonstrate the characteristics of a role model that reflect the organization’s vision, mission and values
  3. Promote a customer-centric culture within the service environment to achieve service excellence
  4. Encourage team to deliver service in accordance with organization guidelines
  5. Monitor performance of self and team to ensure consistency with the organization’s guidelines through customer feedback

Course Objectives:

Through this course, learners will be equipped with the ability to demonstrate the characteristics of a role model and promoting a customer-centric culture within the team to achieve service excellence. It also includes encouraging a team in service delivery and monitoring the performance of the team and oneself.
