Course Synopsis:

The unit will equip learners with essential knowledge and application skills in portraying positive and professional image and apply them to their workplace such as:

  1. Recognise the impact of one’s professional image and persona on the organisation.
  2. Project a professional image and persona in accordance with organisational guidelines.
  3. Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers at the workplace.

Course Objectives:

After successfully completing this unit, the learner will be equipped with apt grooming and professional image required for building of confidence and projecting a positive image for themselves, the Company and eventually the industry.
