Course Synopsis:

Upon completing this course, learners are expected to be able to:

  1. Understand organisation’s guidelines to support service operations
  2. Identify resource requirements required at various points of the organisation’s service value chain
  3. Review service performance issues to determine root causes and likely impact on customer
  4. Monitor feedback from customers and team on service operations
  5. Review resource requirements to optimise resource allocation.

Course Objectives:

Through this course, learners will be equipped knowledge and application skills in the effective management of resources along with the use of organisational guidelines to manage service operations. It also includes recognising resources and implementing service operations to achieve excellence, resolving performance issues and monitoring feedback from customers.
