Course Synopsis:

The unit will equip learners with essential knowledge and application skills in implementing operations for service excellence and apply them to the workplace in various ways like shown below:

  1. Recognise the role one plays in the service value chain.
  2. Acquire information commonly sought by organisation’s customers.
  3. Deliver service as part of a team according to the organisation’s service standards.
  4. Escalate service performance issues that affect the organisation’s service standards.

Course Objectives:

After successfully completing this unit, the learner will be equipped with knowledge and application skills in the delivery of excellent customer service by utilising organisational service operations resources. The learner will be able to make use of effective teamwork to perform service delivery in accordance with organisation’s guidelines and escalating service performance issues.
