2. Provide information and assistance.
3. Deal with complaints, emergencies and unexpected situations.
4. Deal with difficult / challenging customers and / or visitors.
Through this course, the learner will be equipped with apt knowledge on professional behaviour as well as addressing visitor’s enquiries and requests. The learners will be trained to provide information and assistance to relevant stakeholders. In addition, the learners will be equipped with essential skills and knowledge to deal with complaints, unexpected situations as well as difficult or challenging customers or visitors.
