The unit will equip learners with essential knowledge and application skills in demonstrating the service vision and apply them to their workplace in various ways like shown below:
- Recognise the role one plays in contributing to the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
- Demonstrate service delivery in accordance with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
- Monitor own performance to ensure consistency with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
Course Objectives:
Through this course, learners will be equipped with knowledge and application skills in exhibiting and recognising the role that they take on in contributing actively to the service vision of the organisation.
