Course Synopsis:

Upon completing this course, learners are expected to be able to:

  1. Understand the role and characteristics of a coach in coaching for service performance
  2. Create a coaching plan for individuals to react to service performance issues
  3. Display how to utilise coaching techniques on issues concerning service performance
  4. Monitor the progress of an individual for improvements in service performance

Course Objectives:

Through this course, learners will be equipped with knowledge and application skills to describe the ability to coach individuals for service performance. It also includes using coaching techniques to close service gaps and monitor the progress of individuals for improvements in service performance.
